Joan worked as an integrated member of the project, joining weekly status calls and providing extensive guidance around patient experience questions and unmet needs

Joan tapped into the MS online patient community and conducted market  research to gain greater insight around patient journeys and how they differ.

Joan identified multiple unmet patient needs that will differentiate client offering with patients, providing the basis to co-create patient-beneficial materials and online campaigns.
